Being misled.

I rang up sky to sort out an issue and he gave me sky HD and ultra HD free of charge until my contract ends next year. He definitely said this to me. But I've just looked on my future bills and I'm being charged for it in September and onwards? He definitely said it was free? How do I get rid of the HD stuff because I was misled and I don't want it anymore.

You will have to do what you have done previously when it was added and that is to call them to see if they will let you cancel it. If you believe you were told it was free for the length of your contract then you can put in a complain by filling in this form:

Give them the date and time you spoke to them so if needs be they can listen to what was said to you.
