The website is not working I'm unable to make a payment

Nobody will call you @Lex4life as we are customers here who help each other.

 

You should have a payment method setup like a credit or debit card or a direct debit so Sky ca take the payment automatically from you each month so do you have this set up because if so there is no need to make a manual payment.

Call Sky. They won't call you. There should be no need to make a manual payment.
