Assign contract to someone else

Is it possible to assign the broadband contract to someone else? I am leaving my flat share but my flatmate is staying so she would like to continue the contract and use the WiFi.

@Amy123451  Sky doesn't allow account ownership changes you would have to cancel and pay any termination charge if in contract send any loan equipment back then your friend sign up as a new customer

No, it's not possible, I'm afraid. You'll need to cancel so that your flatmate can sign up in her own name. Don't be tempted to move out leaving the contract as is, as you'll still be responsible for the account. There have been numerous posts here from those who have done this and later had severe difficulties.
