Hi,
I have made a payment to unrestrict my sky mobile account. Following the prompts I paid £100 but it got credited to a non existent sky tv account instead of my mobile account. I have a screenshot showing the £100 as a credit for future bill on the account I don't have. I have had to pay again to unrestrict my mobile so the other £100 is stuck.
can someone point me to the correct place to get this resolved.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't think Sky will be able to transfer the payment you made to the wrong account to your Mobile account. The only way I can foresee is for you to make a further payment to the correct account (you'll be able to do that over the phone) and then you'll then be able to request a refund of the amount to the wrong account.
