Hi @TechmanagerMal yes, I would say so. We've seen a couple of examples where the increase hasn't been applied until July. Unless you renegotiated close to 1 April, I have no idea why.

Due for renegotiation September.

Also next bills are June up 10% July as shown which is about 20%.

Yup, just got my notification for July too.  Bizarre.

 I got my notification yesterday as well for a £9.50pm increase from July

Mines similar, 02/07/2024 for TV & BB although I've left the BB now. I was in contract until December but they gave me an acceptable deal for the TV and a new 18 month contract now. There was no budging them on BB.

To add to the above here's my breakdown of increase, I've not changed anything in years the only difference is that I didn't get an increase last year

 Yep haven't renewed my contract ever since my original minimum term expired and been paying full list price ever since 

 

When I sign up to a new service I do so knowing I can commit to the minimum term and then have the freedom to cancel (by continuing to pay list price) whenever my circumstances change to the point where I need to
