Call charges for NGN numbers

Hi everyone

Am new to the community, hello there everyone 🙂  I would like to ask about phone charges for NGN numbers -what are they please? My latest bill has a £7.25 charge for an 0300 number, with the type - 'calls to NGN numbers' .  I thought 01, 02 and 03 calls were free within a set time, but may have forgotten over time. Thank you.

They are inclusive for up to 60 minutes. If your call goes over that you are charged for the whole call. Ideally you need to hang up after 55+ minutes and redial.

I presume this is a landline instead of mobile?

Sorry, I should have clarified the info I provided is for Sky Talk landline charges on tariffs other than Sky Pay As You Talk where all calls are chargeable.
