Applied for sky switch credit. Not happened

Signed Sky contract , for broadband and TV on 12/05/24. 

Was assured that BT final payment ,for contract break, would be paid by Sky. 

I sent proof of payment,  £173.35, and final demand from BT to Sky credit switch on 12/06/24. 

No contact from Sky and now paying subscriptions that I was assured would be credited to me.

It can take up to 90 days for the credit to be paid: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

Did you get this solved ? I've been told mine was credited to my account however can't find it anywhere

If the credit has been applied you should see it via your billing account:
