Another Refund my credit post.
Hello Sky, Can I have my credit refunded? The amount due is over 100 pounds, the service ended over 6 weeks ago, the payment method account is still active, the credit amount due is still being shown as in credit. Why are people having to come on here to ask for money owed? Is this the way for a business to operate?

This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky staff by posting on here.
Refunds normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's taking longer.
We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately that process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.
At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in. Providing your payment method is still active they should then be able to refund it in 3-5 WORKING days.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

That reply seems to be a copy of previous replies to other, I am owed money posts, and is of no help whatsoever.

As this is a customer helps customer forum due to the messaging system having been out of action for a few months all we can do is suggest you make contact with Sky yourself.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
