Hi I don't have booster anymore or multi screens and not used mini sky q for a year so that's 25 pound been paying for nothing

Not using something doesn't stop the billing unless you have given Sky the require notice to cancel the package so have you spoken to them about this, miltiscreen requires 31 days notice to cancel it.
