Sky won't respond to you on here. Sky also won't honour any 'agreed' compensation. 

I'm still waiting for Sky to sort out my Whole Home account issue, and honour their agreed monthly 'deal' price at contract renewal - 10 days and counting now. 

On that note, could any "Super Users" advise whether you get a 30 day cooling off period at contract renewal? (Not new customer signups)
