Annual bill statement

I've contacted Sky last week to ask how I can download my annual mobile and broadband bills so that I can submit them to my accountant for my tax return 

no one could tell me how to do it !!!

they said they would be in touch to explain how and gas me an hours time slot which I expected a call however they text me to say they would send out the statement,this is over a week away now and received nothing

Does anyone know how to download what I need?

So far as I'm aware there isn't an annual summary. You would have to download each month's bill individually.

There is an annual statement for Sky Mobile credit agreements. Your should receive an email once the statement is available in your message centre. The same does not apply for broadband.
