Sky Stream
I have been trying to change from Sky Q to Sky Stream, not Glass, in a new property, for over a week, I have been through the process three times only for the order to fail at the last point, have spent over two hours on the phone and have got NOWHERE, anyone else having the same problem? I will be asking for a refund of my subscription for however long I am without the service I am paying for.
