My contract has now ended and I want to improve/upgrade my broadband as I am more than happy with it, but I no longer need Sky Talk anytime as I always use my Sky mobile. but all the online broadband upgrade options have no facility to remove the landline option.
The virtual assistant is useless, keep going around in circles so how do I do this or is there anyone to speak to ???
