Hi all. I've just set up a brand new account with Sky, primarily because I think I'll soon be getting a new smart phone from them. However, I can't seem to add my home address to my account. When I go to the 'Account info' page it has a heading of 'Household related account information' but there is nothing underneath it and no way of adding my address.

Find out moreIf you are not currently a Sky customer then you might have go about this the wrong way around as usually you will be asked to set the account up when you are placing the order online so when you come to place the order you should be able to do this.
