Account restrictions but in credit

I am trying to upgrade my sons iPad but each time I go to the shop I get an error saying outstanding actions on my account. I have been a customer for around 15 years never missed a bill and am in credit. Due to this error I am unable to add anything to my devices

@davidshailes I think you will need to call Sky to speak to an advisor
