Bill payment

I've paid my bill and sky are trying to take it again but I can't speak to anyone about it

It's best not to make manual payments. As you've discovered, it won't stop the automated payment going through, if you've left it too close to ypur payment date. You'll have to allow the automated payment to complete, which will leave your Sky account in credit. You can then either request a refund, or leave it to pay next month's bill. If you don't let it go though, your services may be restricted, as Sky will see it as a missed payment.
