Account registered at my address - new customer

I am trying to set up an account & purchase broadband but when I get to checkout it says there's already an account listed at my address - I'm assuming this is from a previous tenant. 

 

I'd really like to speak to someone on the phone from Sky but when I call the 0333 number it just says there's no account registered with my phone number - because it won't let me set up an account - etc. etc... 

 

Is there any way I can get through to customer support without an account?
