I am trying to set up an account & purchase broadband but when I get to checkout it says there's already an account listed at my address - I'm assuming this is from a previous tenant.
I'd really like to speak to someone on the phone from Sky but when I call the 0333 number it just says there's no account registered with my phone number - because it won't let me set up an account - etc. etc...
Is there any way I can get through to customer support without an account?
Help much appreciated!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry dialing 141 before the Sky number to see if that lets you through.
If it doesn't then you might have to use social media to contact Sky instead, there are links at the bottom of the page.
