Account payments

I'd like to speak to someone.  I'm writing on behalf a family member who has been the victim of a huge scam, police are involved.  I can not write more here as it is an active police investigation.  How do I actually reach someone at Sky privately?  Thank you.

You'll find Sky are only likely to talk to the account holder (unless you have PoA for example).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
