Hi hopefully someone can please help me. All my Sky equipment Broadband Hub, Broadband Booster and Sky Q tv box was returned on the 18th March (Sky didn't send a label too attach to the return box so got a Royal Mail Collection). 

Now in my error (was advised by Virgin Media all my services would switch to Virgin Media from Sky) however after sending all my equipment back including the Sky Q tv box. I realised my Sky TV subscription was still running. Phoned up Sky and cancelled my Sky TV service and that was cancelled on the 10th May. 

However after speaking to a gentleman on Sky Live Chat with the same issue got a message from Sky saying the equipment has not been received he CATEGORICALLY SAID "Do not worry this has this has been received"

 

Imagine my utter SHOCK and DISGUST when this morning I receive a sms message from Sky saying "Hi. Following our previous reminders, we're applied a charge to your account as we havn't received our Sky equipment back. For more info go to sky.com/returns"

 

Im absolutely DISGUSTED and ANGRY over this as ALL THE SKY EQUIPMENT WAS PACKAGED UP AND COLLECTED BY A LADY FROM ROYAL MAIL (Which was organised by Sky themselves) this was all collected on the Tuesday 28th March at 0930am (still have Ring doorbell footage of this)

 

The Royal Mail collection ref is: ZF407881606GB the order number is: CC-W307- 

This collection was DELIVERED on Wednesday 19th March at 8.02pm as I HAVE CONFIMATION. 

 

I SHOULDNT HAVE TOO THEN SPEND TIME ON HERE CHASING UP WHEN SOMEONE CLEARLY HAS NOT DONE THERE JOB PROPERLY!!!

 

PLEASE can someone HELP me and RECTIFY THIS PLEASE FOR ME?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
