Hi guys when I log into MySky it's showing my old account that is closed, how can I put my current account number in please? I'm definitely with sky as my bank tells me so every month!! Thanks for any advice 🙏

@Don+Marie If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

After you have created your new Sky ID to logout of it make sure you are on the home page then press on the icon at the top left and the logout option is at the bottom of the page. Now you should be able to login with your new ID.
