Account in credit -Refund

Hi. We have switched to Sky Glass (2 months now) and still not received the refund! Please send this as soon as possible as we could've done without 2 lots of £99 coming out in one month!

Is the refund from you being a Sky Q customer, if so are you a Sky Broadband customer because if you are the credit will be used against your next broadband bill.

Presumably from Sky Q? If you also subscribe to Sky Broadband/Talk, the credit in the old account goes towards your Broadband payments.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
