@caesarome The money is currently showing as credit in my account. I made a manual payment roughly 1 week ago to credit my account for the bill due on 8th April. A direct debit has then been taken today in regards to the payment due 8th April, so now my account currently has credit for one months payment. The next payment isn't due until 8th May, so ideally I'd like the credit refunded as soon as possible.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Hi I made a manual payment but direct debit took it so payed 2x
@Mcreed
If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky. If you want this payment refunded we can possibly get you some help on here so let us know.

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. Can you confirm the overpayment is showing on your account as a credit? If so, we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s showing as a credit.
