I have recently sent all my Sky equipment back in the provided packaging. I have recieved an email saying that Sky has not received one mini box and will charge me £52 if the box is not returned by the 25/10/23.
I have no reciept of contents sent back, but no longer have any Sky equipment as I packed all mini boxes and the 2TB Sky Q box in the same shipment.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
