Sky not recognised all my returned products

I have recently sent all my Sky equipment back in the provided packaging. I have recieved an email saying that Sky has not received one mini box and will charge me £52 if the box is not returned by the 25/10/23.

 

I have no reciept of contents sent back, but no longer have any Sky equipment as I packed all mini boxes and the 2TB Sky Q box in the same shipment.

To see if they can help you I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
