Paid direct debit 1.12.2022 for £54 Changed to Sky Glass DD today for 58.00. I specifically said that payment can only come out at the end of the month. I am now overdrawn. The stress I can do without 🤬🤬

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePayments aren't taken on weekends or bank holidays so depending when your normal payment date was it may be tomorrow or Thursday.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mary2609 not really sure what you're asking. If you have a direct debit set up, Sky consider your payment to have been made successfully on the due date, unless your bank notifies them that it has failed.

Last month my direct debit failed . Sky blamed the bank while the bank blamed sky for not asking.
I eventually paid directly.
Again this month I have got a text from Sky stating my DD has not been paid .
I have just contacted my bank they say no reqest has been made In fact the last requet was made in August.
