Account activation date ?
My account activation date is 13/8/24 since this was agreed I have been sent an email stating that there is a delay on my account getting put live I havnt received my hub ect but it is only Monday and I requested to join sky on Thursday past . Reason for this question is my first bill is 14 days after the 13thso the 27th and it also says next bill is in 14 days from the 27th and bill will be more than the initial monthly amount agreed in my call due to pro-rota I'm confused as this is two bills within 28 days of getting activated and they are going to be higher than my monthly agreed contract amount please could I be told of how much these two bills combined will be as I will need to budget for these as I have alot of out goings for next few months due to moving in to my new home yours thankfully George Wilson 😀

Re: Account activation date ?
You will not be billed until your service has been activated then as you have discovered you will be billed twice within the first month then after that you will be billed monthly.
The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

You can view your first few bills here:
