How long should I expect a reply to my email

Received 2 conflicting emails regarding the future price of my broadband service.

The first said that my discount has ended but a new discount has been added. Said I can cancel but if I'd like to continue with the new discount to do nothing.

The second said my discount has ended and there will be a new price from Oct.

Replied to the 2nd email with an attached copy of the first.

That was a week ago.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Sky don't typically use emails as a way of customers contacting them, so its likely no one at Sky will read or acknowledge the email you sent in any way.

You will need to call Sky to discuss.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
