Abort Early Acct Suspension Acts

Why is my Sky account being suspended before my billing date on the 23rd?Suspension should only happen after the actual due date. Can this early action be stopped?

A few questions:

 

Was last months bill paid ?

Are your services working or have they been suspended or are you just seeing a restricted message when trying to access your online account ?

  • I originally thought the issue might be on my side, so I stayed paid half out of uncertainty — but after checking everything, I’ve realised it’s not my error.

Last month’s bill was paid, my services are working,with a carry on back triggered by the late fee but my online account still gets restricted before my actual billing even  on the 23rd.  So the early restriction seems to be on Sky’s end, not mine.

So to be clear, this is an issue with you seeing a restricted message when trying to view your online account. If so are you sure you are signed in with the correct login details ?

I understand I have total autonomous affairs with this account but earlier billing is a bit...too early.
