I am moving to France. I have sky accounts in England. Can I access sky in my new country ??

No, Sky don't provide a service to France, you would need to sign up to a local provider such as Canal+

 

You would need to cancel all services in the UK before you leave and ensure any equipment is returned to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

31 days notice is required to cancel the TV and 14 days for broadband and talk.

 

You must also return the equipment so Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
