Problems with renewal online

I'm trying to renew my contract for the last week. Get to payment section. Its states nothing to pay, select processed and it does nothing. Can't speak to anyone. Don't have time to spend waiting in a long queue to speak to human

Contracts don't renew as they just continue so I'm not sure what you are trying to do unless you have received an offer online that you are trying to accept, if so and you can not do this then you will have to call Sky.
