Unfortunately with us all being other Sky customers we can't exactly give specifics.

you need to check your Sky bill at www.sky.com/bill. This is fully itemised and will show the cost of each service and the billing period. You can also see previous bills and compare them. If you are a new subscriber or have recently renewed your first one or two bills will always be more as the billing period is likely to be longer than the normal months and you have to pay in advance for Sky so your first month of a new contract you are essentially paying for the first 2 months.

@revird  What services do you have with Sky?  What does your bill say it's for?  As customers we can't see your account so you'll need to provide more details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@revird  Sky digital on bank statements usually refers to sky tv subscriptions for sky plus or Q customers as it does for myself

@revird

'Sky Digital' is a trading name for Sky UK going back to the late 1990s.

£99 as a one-off payment could be for something like Sky Q activation.

Have you asked Sky to make any changes to your service recently?

@revird  On the bill if you add up all the items together that fall under tv , it should equal £99 which is what has been taken from your bank under the sky digital label

if you want to feel free to post a screenshot of your bill ensuring you block out any personal information such as account number

As we are customers here you will have to explain what you mean?

Are you asking why the price you pay has gone up, if so it is probably because a discount you had has finished.
