I took out sky broadband and tv in a black friday deal I paid the first payment which was exactly as expected for both broadband and TV. Now my 2nd bill has come through and been paid but I've been charged 2 times on this bill and it looks like all future bills for the tv package. Is this supposed to happen? Its almost double what I was quoted for the tv package.
