Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - August 2022

Are you able to elaborate on the ETA? Or is it just "before September"?

@Nevlol

Unfortunately if you don't tag who you are replying to we have to take it as a general question.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - August 2022

@Nevlol I can't confirm a date either I'm afraid, just relaying what I have been told.

If I was a betting man I would say last week in August. If I'm right and it is all about marketing, then BT will want to promote their end of the deal to try and get more subs before the start of Champions League group games which is on 6th September.

Surely that would mean answered as a general question and not as if it was aimed at someone, where you tagged as below:

At no point has Chloe mentioned September in this thread.

We all see the responses saying 'read the thread'; 'its been answered already' etc. so would be nice at times if those that do give those 'helpful' replies actually follow their own advise 😛

@Stickinfohere

I'm not going to get into a debate with you on the forum regarding my replies to posts but I'd like to point out I haven't mentioned September either. That's my final comment on the matter.

Apparently the Channel 4 HD regions are launching on the 31st?

@Jacklufcfan  It's always possible as they have been testing since the middle of Juily.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - August 2022

I can't see 4K today either, no red button to press. I've deliberately shelled out a bit more so I can watch it on Sky. Pretty disappointed I must say.

@Austinored  If you refer to BT Ultimate as has been posted already in this thread BT have delayed the launch so you won't see any UHD from them until they do so.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - August 2022

Thanks @GD1 I've just spoken to BT about it, and they threw the ball back to Sky's court. Until then I'll watch 4K on my phone and Xbox on the BT Sports App

When referrinfg to a channel that has both HD and SD channels, please refer to them as HD and/or SD in the list of changes. Thanks.
