Hi my telephone line is not working has a crackle on it and can not phone out

Yes, this often happens. My opinion is that it's the internet calling system. People ring me if comes up as though it's a busy line of as though the number doesn't even exhist.I try and call out and my line is dead all together. It's so annoying.

I have tried many times but it needs an Openreach person to fix the issue and it seems impossible to speak to anyone

What's the issue and what have you tried? 

 

Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband?

 

Do you have Internet calls? If so what colour is your Hub's Voice light?

 

What was the result of the connection test here (even if your broadband is ok): https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
