Hi
Left virgin!! Rubbish customer care! Still charging me after I left them.
Anyway sky guy said that I had to change phone number ( which I do not know!)
But the landline is dead. Went thru the help information twice! No luck. Bit frustrating as my mother in law who lives with us can't catch up with her old Bessies!!
So I am not in her good books! Giving me a hard time " why did you move to sky?!""
HELP!!!!

The phone is plugged into the hub as stated on the sky help guidance. All 4 lights are green on the sky hub again as indicated on the sky help.
What do you suggest?

The BT engineer has been here. Not sure why I was not allowed to keep my phone number.

Try restarting your Hub, by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. Then see if you have a dial tone. I assume your phone is a standard analogue handset.

all sorted.
Needed to connect the base unit cordless phone to the back of the hub.
a bit surprised as the sky guide stated that the phone line was over the internet and did not need to be connected?!
always it is done.
spoke to Justin who was a star and also helped with the tv set up for my mother in law.
so 2 old people very happy.
Sky superiority over virgin
sky is the limit. The search stops there.

You posted previously that it was already plugged into the Hub.....
