No phone line

I cannot make or receive phone calls and my phone just says check phone line. I have gone through all the help steps but no joy. I still have internet although slower than it should be.

Does that include a line connection test?

I tried phoning sky yesterday and it did an automated phone line check it said their was a fault on the line but it didnt transfer to anyone to help me.

You can run the connection test from the link here. Ignore the fact that your broadband is working (albeit not very well). If the test detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

@Kirsten27 if you've run the test, did it allow you to book an engineer? If you're still having difficulty, let us know.

I ran the test but it didnt find a fault, I finally got to speak to an advisor and they have booked an engineer.  Thanks for your help though much appreciated
