My signal output 2 is not working all leads are in correctly also my telephone line isnt working
Is this all connected?

The phone line problem is unrelated. Do you have a dial tone?

There's no dial tone for telephone line and I think it's the cabling that's the problem with sky TV

If that doesn't help and you have your own dish, give Sky a call to book an engineer who will investigate. If you're connected to a communal dish, you would need to speak to your landlord or property management people as they're responsible for providing a signal to your home.
If you have a Sky landline/broadband, report the phone fault to them when you call.
to report both (assuming Sky is also your phone/broadband provider

Great thankyou is there a number to call sky please to arrange an engineer it's block of flats where I live and I don't think it's the satellite dish as some channels are working output 2 signal isn't working I had some work being done by cabling not certain that's wat made it stopped working
