Sky Q minibox no longer works. When switched on at the wall, the red "recording" light comes on for a few seconds then disappears. Box won't boot up or connect to the TV. Have tried all the reset and reboot steps suggested on this forum. Assume box is faulty, will Sky replace it?

Thanks, all resolved really quickly. Gave them a call and they sent out a replacement box next day
