Hi,
been watching SkyGo on my Xbox for some time now. I am a SkyQ customer with SkyGo upgraded. I did call in and check that there are no issues there - which was confirmed.
when I log in, I am being told that I need to upgrade to a sky glass, multi room and sky go subscription, which I have.
i am unable to log in, which is incredibly frustrating. Does anyone have any ideas?
