Keep getting access denied, cant log into sky email

I got emails asking me to update the version of sky email I have but looked like a scam as from noreply, but I now can't get onto my sky email from my laptop keep coming up access denied how do I sort this please.

If you're using a VPN try disabling it when you log in. Otherwise, Sky's help here indicates that you'll need to contact them: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-yahoo-mail
