Cant connect.

My account went live today, set up the router but nothing can connect as it's saying the password is wrong, tried different devices but says the same for all.

@EmmaT  If the password error is from trying to connect to the router's wifi.

 

Make sure the sticker underneath the router is in place & the sidd / wifi code can be clearly read.

Then give it a factory reset: while powered up, hold the reset button in for at least 30 seconds

(any shorter may just force a reboot)

Let the router boot up & sync, then try to connect again.
