11 March 2024 outage around 10:30pm

Last night our connection was lost on several occasions. Did anyone else experience this or do I need to get an engineer to come and check our system?

It is probably overnight maintenance taking place. Unless your connection is still not up or slow there is no need to contact Sky.

@MargsHaslewood  Is it back up and running as normal or does it seem slower than before?

The screen went blue and the WiFi logo came up saying connection lost. We tried to reconnect several times, also switched it off at the wall and it came back for a while then went again.

I tried opening the app on my phone but it stated there were technical issues
