Last night our connection was lost on several occasions. Did anyone else experience this or do I need to get an engineer to come and check our system?

The screen went blue and the WiFi logo came up saying connection lost. We tried to reconnect several times, also switched it off at the wall and it came back for a while then went again.
I tried opening the app on my phone but it stated there were technical issues

Looks like a bit of weather issue today but last night was really strange!
