@Chrisrot You need to adjust the settings yourself https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start

No one on the forum can do this for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've always set it myself and it's worked but for some reason it's showing it's saved however nothing is blocked

Try switching it off, leaving it 24hrs then switching it back on at the 13 level.
