I have had wireless disconnection on many occasions over the last 3/4 months,sometimes as many as 3 times aday. But today I lost full connectivity between 12 and 13:00 approx. The cabled network is now intermittent and the wireless has failed to reestablish.
I have checked all cables and unplugged sky box for 5 mins before plugging back in. But this has not resolved the issue.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
