I downloaded the original 'Scream' movie via Paramount Plus on my Sky + box.
We started watching - when the opening sequence which (spoiler alert) leads to the death of Drew Barrymore's character, finished the movie cut straight to the final sequence and closing titles. This was after about 30 minutes of running time. When the titles finished the movie continured to play as if the final 'chunk' of the movie had been played out of sequence.
I've raised a ticket with Paramount as well, but I thought I would put something here in case Sky have some responsibility for the Paramount content on the Sky platform.

Just out of interest would advise the same for Disney + or Netflix content ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave noticed a few anomalies Myself and there have been others on this community since having Paramount +.
Some content plays differently or is blank or produces an error when viewing on Sky Q, but plays fine when viewing on a non Sky device.
One as an example that a few of us on here noticed today is try playing 'Ray Donovon The Movie' on a Sky Q box via the Paramount+ app, you get an error occurred message . Try on any other non-Sky device with the Paramount+ app and it works fine.
VR have been emailed, but so far no response.

I've had the exact same thing happen with two other movies.

Yeah, just started watching scream 2 on SKY which after the beginning jumps to the end of the film and credits and then back to where it should of carried on. I have noticed quite a few errors since the changes to Paramount plus.

As sending an email to Paramount, they reply to your email that you should report back to Sky if its an asset problem on a Sky device.

Every movie I have downloaded is the same as you - it's 10 minutes of the start of the film - then about 15 minutes of the ending - then credits then the middle of the film (by this time I have lost interest in the film ie just watching the middle) - there is clearly something wrong either the much promoted Paramount + so I have just avoided this 'new' channel - most of their stuff can be seen on other sky channels so until someone wakes up at Sky I won't be watching it

the more people email the more likely sky will investigate

This has happened on our Sky HD box as well with Pulp Fiction and Wayne's World. It's so annoying.

See previous posts for what to do about it.

Hey, I sent an email to ViewerR@sky.uk on the 04/07. They said they were investigating but I have no idea if sorted. I guess if your films started doing this after my date then it looks like it hasn't been sorted
