I appreciate we are only just into November but just noticed it says:
Hopefully this is an error and it will update later. If not when did they change the terms and conditions where only some people will get the tickets? It seems so many companies lately pick and choose who gets offers

All working now - thank you very much for sorting.

Seems odd, but maybe as you say is just a temporary glitch.

I just read into the t&cs and it now mentions about a daily cap. So I wouldn't count on getting tickets this month.... Also would imagine Sky will no longer be able to advertise this as a perk?
.The number of voucher codes available is subject to a daily limit. Voucher codes will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

What is the daily limit🤔
01 Nov 2024 07:55 AM
But the message says all this week's codes have been claimed.
Yet there is a daily limit??
It doesn't add up.
I guess I'll have to try just after midnight to get some.

With having Netflix, Prime, Disney the only reason I hold onto Cinema now is for these tickets as it is not worth the money to me. I would imagine this Is the case for quite a few others?
It used to be a must when Sky more or less held the Monopoly on film releases but over the past few years I probably watch about 1 a month

Yeah same with me, if they make it impossible to get hold of these then, I'll probably remove it as I don't use it enough.

Sky Cinema is cheap and easy to turn on and off on NOWTV ... and there's no 31 day notice period😉

Claim your two free Vue tickets for this monthAll this week's Vue ticket codes have been claimed. Not to worry though, there will be more codes next week. Can’t wait? Check out the latest blockbusters on Sky Cinema.

For "free code" types offers in VIP Sky have always tended to have daily limits of when codes can be claimed. Also it's worth pointing out that new codes for Sky haven't always released the codes at midnight. I've seen plenty of VIP offers where the daily code limit has been reset at various times throughout the morning (I think the most often I've tended to see them is between 8-9 am).
Its possible since the renewal of the VUE cinema ticket deal that these have now fallen into the typical Sky VIP voucher code process.

So at least Sky are aware and can look into the problem for this month.
01 Nov 2024 08:35 AM
Always got them as soon as it hit midnight every other month

Don't know but it may be that if they're looking at a week as Sunday to Thursday then whatever automation is running in the background may have seen the start of this month as Friday and Saturday for the first week and allocated 0 tickets. Might find them available again midnight Sunday morning.
