@amstad  I assume you are in Ireland what is the exact error message you are seeing

It might be that the data hasn't been sent to Sky yet but it the meantime try rebooting your boxes…

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

Virgin Media one no tv guide

I've went into Standby and turned it off from the wall and still no tv Guide on Virgin media one anyome else experiencing this

@Johnry  This seems to be a Virgin One issue affecting Sky Q & Glass TV Guides.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Same issue here. This is down to either Virgin Media Television and not inputting the correct data or trying to change it when it was too late, or the communication between Sky and the EPG scheduled server. 

It's the same on Virgin Media One +1, when it says "This is Virgin Media One +1" until Monday at 7am.

Unless it resolves itself, it won't be fixed until Monday.

Superusers, just an FYI, in regards to the EPG listings, you can check out the Ireland TV Guide at https://www.sky.com/tv-guide and selecting "Republic of Ireland".

It's also happening on

  • Virgin Media Two and TG4 on Thursday (19/06)
  • Again on Virgin Media One, Virgin Media One +1 and on Virgin Media Three on Saturday (22/06)
    (Note: Virgin Media Three is showing "Off-air" all day, which is incorrect.)

Same thing happening to me, the Virgin Media Catch Up section is not working either on Sky Q.

 

I've turned off and unplugged the box, which hasn't resolved it.

Tv Guide is blank for Virgin One channel

Hi,

The TV Guide has suddenly stopped working for Virgin One channel on my SkyQ box.. It is showing for all my other channels and is blank for Virgin One.  I have rebooted my box and checked all the cables and no joy.   Any advice ?
