Unable to access Paramount +

I was watching Paramount + on Wednesday evening( I have this included in my package) then lost connection when the commercial break came on. Since then I have not been able to get back into this app. Ive spoken to tech team, have updated apps and restarted but still can't get in??.. can get app page up but it won't let me enter? Any ideas??

@HL_Mex  It would help to know which TV Box is affected?  Sky Q or Sky Stream.

 

Also your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as this isn't a Sky Go app related issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
