@LucyDeniseBryan Hi Lucy, it looks like you are on SkyQ is that correct? Either way have you tried turning your box off at the mains (or pulling out the power lead at the back) Wait at least 30 seconds and then turn back on and wait for it to reload. (It does take a few minutes). Once fully back on try Disney+ again and see if that sorts it. I hope so.
